The Hague Hearing Centre (THHC) can be found in the centre of the Hague, the international bastion of Peace and Justice. THHC is specifically designed for the organization of your arbitration proceedings or hearings. This Hearing Centre covers one story of The Hague Conference Centre and was established in cooperation with the Municipal Council of The Hague. Our facility has two zones, each of which comprises two breakout rooms for the two parties and a room to which the arbitrators can withdraw. These rooms satisfy international requirements for arbitration and mediation in every detail. For example, we offer comfortable modern furniture, high-quality technology and all services are provided 24/7.

We are aware that many interests are at stake during a hearing or arbitration proceedings. You often have specific requirements and wishes with regard to privacy. The experienced and dedicated THHC staff is fully aware of these guidelines. We are ready to successfully organize and effectively manage your hearing. Our rooms fully satisfy international quality requirements for hearings and arbitration cases. Both zones are appropriately furnished and the rooms can be adjusted according to your wishes. Furthermore, they are equipped with state-of-the-art and completely secure ICT facilities. On request, the rooms can be set up to conform to the 1.5 metre rule and other Covid-19 requirements. In fact, everything that is required to run your proceedings professionally, securely and without any problems. Along with arbitration proceedings the Hearing Centre is an excellent location for organizing judicial congresses and courses.

The Hague Hearing Center is aware of the guidelines set by the International Court of Arbitration (ICC) and the Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI). A system can also be used to provide user-friendly and secure access to the files.

The rooms at THHC can be booked for half a day, a full day, or day, evening and night sessions. Each room can be hired separately, but you can also book an entire zone. All rooms are adjusted according to your wishes, with furniture that is suitable for a hearing. The rooms are provided with ergonomically designed chairs, state-of-the-art audiovisual support systems and climate control systems. In addition, each room can be equipped with an overhead projector or LCD screen, printer, paper shredder and a wide-range of lockable storage systems. The Hearing Centre guarantees a high-speed internet connection and a secure telephone line. Furthermore, each room can fully blacked out and locked and there is security present 24 hours a day.
